Operator Logistics

As an Operator, you play an important role in the receiving, warehouse, and shipping processes within a modern production environment. Working with vegetable seeds, a natural product, means that every batch is unique, making the role varied and challenging. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, sampling, storing, and preparing products for further processing or shipment.

Your daily tasks include loading and unloading trucks and containers, organizing internal transport between departments, and preparing both national and international shipments. You will also operate equipment and forklifts, ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently throughout the process.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with departments such as Packaging, Cleaning, and Enhancement to ensure smooth operations and maintain high quality standards. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as you will contribute to quality control procedures and help uphold a safe working environment.
